Promotes growth and self-sufficiency. Provides people with the tools, accountability and support that will allow them to permanently succeed and to reach a rightful level of dignity in society.

Provides job counseling, training and referrals. Also offers vocational rehabilitation, adult literacy programs, and adult education programs.
