Medicaid Nurse Aide - Kentucky Medication Aide
The Medicaid Nurse Aide and Kentucky Medication Aide programs require a criminal background check with the approved vendor, Kentucky Adult Caregiver Misconduct Registry check, proof of vaccinations/titers (Hep B, Tdap, MMR, Varicella, Seasonal Flu), and annual tuberculosis screening. COVID-19 vaccination is not required but recommended for all healthcare students. More information will be discussed with the Program Coordinator at the required time for completion.

Six (6) months of work experience must be completed in the past 2 years as State Registered Medicaid Nurse Aide and Consent of Instructor after any developmental needs are met.
