Notes
- The Human Services Program requires (if completing HMS 251: Human Services Clinical) a criminal background check with the approved vendor, Kentucky Adult Caregiver Misconduct Registry check, proof of vaccinations/titers (Hep B, Tdap, MMR, and Varicella). Additionally, annual tuberculosis screening, and proof of vaccination for Covid-19 and Seasonal Flu may be required for clinical placement. More information will be discussed with the Program Coordinator at the required time for completion.
- Progression in the program is contingent upon achievement of a grade C or greater in each core course, (HMS 101, HMS 102, HMS 103, and HMS 104).
- At least 25 percent of the approved curriculum for any certificate, diploma or degree must be completed at the student’s home college.
