Types of Financial Aid

Gateway Community & Technical College is a member of the Kentucky Community and Technical College System. Updated financial aid information, details on types of aid, general student eligibility, cost of attendance, and other important topics will be updated as information becomes available. Gateway participates in the following U.S. Department of Education Title IV Programs, Kentucky Grants and Scholarships, as well as Scholarships awarded by the College:

Grants: Federal Pell Grant, Federal Supplemental Educational Opportunity Grant (FSEOG), and Kentucky College Access Grant (CAP)

Scholarships: Kentucky Education Excellence Scholarship (KEES), The Work Ready Kentucky Scholarship, The Early Childhood Development Scholarship, donor and institutional scholarships awarded through our scholarship application process.

Student Loans: Direct Loans through the U.S. Department of Education

Work-Study: Federal Work Study Program (FWS)
