Nelnet Student Choice Refunds
KCTCS Has a New Refund Provider
KCTCS has transitioned from BankMobile to Nelnet Student Choice Refunds for the delivery of financial aid and other eligible student refunds.
If you expect to receive a financial aid refund or other refund, you should establish a refund preference through Nelnet as soon as possible.
Students can choose to receive refunds by:
- Direct deposit to a personal checking or savings account
- Reloadable debit card
Set Your Refund Preference
- Log in to your Student Self Service Center at Student Self Service
- Click Financial Aid and Account Balance
- Click Payment/Pay Plan/Refund Select
- Complete the steps to select your refund preference
Important: Students who previously received refunds through BankMobile must establish a new refund preference with Nelnet.
