Class Start Dates
At Gateway, we are committed to providing an affordable and clear path to meet your career and educational goals. We believe students need options. Every semester we offer classes in-person and online with multiple start dates to fit your schedule. While we don’t have cutoff dates to get started, we suggest you apply and complete your FAFSA at least two weeks before classes begin. Find important dates below for each upcoming session.

August 19, 2024, is the first official day of this session.
- March 1, 2024 - first day Current Students can be advised and register for the session.
- March 15, 2024 - first day New Students can be advised and register for the session.
- August 12, 2024 - tuition and fees or payment arrangements due.
- August 21, 2024 - last day for schedule changes using PeopleSoft Self-Service or using the Visual Schedule Builder.*
