Tier One Service Topics:

The GRA offers area high school students the ability to gain college credit and experience on a college campus while finishing their high school careers. Students can take classes at their high school, online or on-campus at a discounted tuition rate.

Gateway offers dual credit at select high school locations. The courses are usually taught by a high school instructor but can also be taught by a Gateway instructor. These courses are technical in nature. (ADX, WLD, etc.)

Slowly enter required information into the User Account Center. If still unsuccessful, this may require escalation to Admissions/Records Department.

GRA students receive a discount on their tuition. Escalate GRA advisors via Skype.

 GRA students do not have self-service permission to add classes. Students must contact one of the two GRA advisors to take care of adding a class. To drop, students use the online drop form.

Tuition bill is incorrect- elevate to GRA SKYPE group for someone to investigate if amount is incorrect. 

Need to add a class- elevate to GRA SKYPE group for one of the advisors to add the class needed. Students also can contact the advisor listed on their Student Account to have a class added.
