Student Nurse Organization

The purpose of the Student Nurse Organization (SNO) is to promote development of the skills a student will need as responsible and accountable members of the nursing profession. Members of the organization will act as liaisons for communications between students and faculty. In addition, members are responsible for coordinating activities and representing the organization in campus-wide and community activities.

MISSION STATEMENT: SNO is a student-based organization geared towards preparing student nurses to participate in nursing organizations throughout their career, by assisting our program, school, and community through charitable work, and promoting and positively representing the Gateway Nursing Program.​
