We received your Degree/Credential Application
Once you complete the application, the Records Office staff will review all documentation. Applications are finalized after grades are posted at the end of the semester. Degree/Credential awards and denial notifications will be sent to your KCTCS email address.
Your last step is to complete the Gateway Graduate Survey. The password to access this is "Congrats".
Below is a timeline of expected occurrences:
- Application outcomes (award or deny) will be sent via email approximately six to eight weeks after the end of the term.
- Awarded Credentials populate on your official Gateway transcript 45 days after the end of the term. Order your transcript here.
- Formal printed credentials will be mailed directly from our third-party printer 10-12 weeks after the end of the term. Your credential(s) will be sent to the address listed on your student account. Please make sure your address is up to date.
