Judy Carol Cornett Memorial Scholarship

Applicants Must:

• Be enrolled in either the Gateway Kentucky Medication Aide KMA100 or Gateway Kentucky Medicaid Nurse Aide Nursing Assistant Skills NAA100 course.
• Have a cumulative GPA of 2.0 or higher (in Gateway records or attach copy of transcript).
• Be a resident of Northern Kentucky.
• Show financial need with current FAFSA, state agency documentation or tax return transcript.
• Complete this application, including a paragraph explaining how this scholarship will benefit you in completing the course and taking the state exam.
