Transfer Credit Re-evaluation Form Instructions
Students with incoming transfer credits can request a transfer credit re-evaluation after discussing the options with an advisor. Below are the steps to submit the request.
- Contact your advisor to discuss the Transfer Credit Evaluation process. Your advisor’s name, located in your Student Service Center. (MyPath -> Student Service Center)
- Be prepared to send your advisor a copy of the course syllabus and/or course description for the transfer class to be re-evaluated. This documentation is required.
- Your advisor will complete the request form. Requests are forwarded to the appropriate academic dean for review.
- The student is notified of the outcome of the request through the student’s KCTCS email.
