Enrollment Verification

How to Obtain Enrollment Verification

  1. Log into your Student Self-Service page
  2. Locate “KCTCS Student Records” box on the bottom of the right hand sideenrollment verification
  3. Click on “Order Transcript/Verify Enrlmt”
  4. Follow the instructions from the National Student Clearinghouse to receive your enrollment verification form.
