About The Event
Join us for a virtual panel discussion exploring professionalism, teamwork, and real-world skills that help students succeed in academic programs and the workplace. This conversation brings together Gateway students, alumni, faculty, and industry partners to share perspectives on essential employability skills and how to strengthen them.
Whether you are a student preparing for your career, a faculty member supporting student learning, or a community member interested in how Gateway can help you build and strengthen your skills, this session will offer valuable insights and actionable takeaways.
What To Expect
This 60‑minute virtual conversation will feature six panelists and a facilitator discussing topics related to:

- Improving professionalism in academic and workplace settings
- What employers look for in new hires
- Student experiences applying these skills
