Apprenticeship Programs
We partner with local companies to offer customized apprenticeship programs in career skill areas. Our apprenticeships combine on-the-job training with on-campus coursework to accelerate learning and skills attainment.
Industry Relevant Programs Advisory Committees
We have opportunities for industry involvement in approximately 30 individual program advisory committees. We rely on your feedback and guidance to assure our programs are meeting standards of the industries they serve.
Work-Based Learning
Work-based learning includes co-op experiences, practicum, and clinical practice. Work-Based Learning involvement here, at Gateway, must be related to the declared major of the participating student and help our students acquire practical skills by exposing them to a real-world of work environment.
Gateway Foundation
Gateway’s Foundation is committed to easing the access to education for potential students, removing barriers for students completing their degrees and programs through student support services, and providing relevant, innovative and engaging curriculum that is responsive to the changing work environment.
