
NKU KCTCS Scholars Scholarship Opportunity for Gateway Students
Northern Kentucky University is now offering its KCTCS Scholars Scholarship for the
upcoming spring semester eligible students.
The KCTCS Scholars Scholarship totals $2,500 annually ($1,250 per semester). To be
considered, students must apply for the spring 2015 semester by Dec. 1 and enroll
in 12 credit hours. To qualify for review, students must meet the following criteria:
Legal Kentucky resident;
Completed minimum of 36 semester hours at a KCTCS community college, and the institution
most recently attended is a KCTCS community college;
A cumulative GPA of at least 3.0 with no suspensions or dismissals;
Accepted for regular admission to a bachelors degree program at NKU (no academic deficiencies
that require remediation);
Never earned a bachelors degree from any accredited college or university;
Never enrolled as a degree-seeking student at NKU prior to fall 2014;
Will be attending NKU as a degree-seeking student in the spring 2015 semester;
Will enroll at NKU as a full-time student (at least 12 credit hours in spring 2015)
