Improve Creativity at Gateway's Fall Creativity Workshops

The Workforce Solutions Division of Gateway Community & Technical College will offer a series of six creativity lunch-and-learn workshops this fall to help participants jumpstart the creative process, regardless of their profession or job.

The workshops are $40 each or $175 per person for the series. Lunch is included in the cost. Each workshop starts at noon and concludes at 1 p.m. and will be conducted in Room 121 at the Classroom and Training Building on Gateway's Boone Campus at 500 Technology Way, Florence.

Topics and dates include: Sept. 13, Creative Thinking: Rediscover your Childhood Wonderment; Sept. 20, Exercises in Creativity: Get your Ingenuity Moving; Sept. 27, Assume the Absurd: Breaking Boundaries that Inhibit Creativity; Oct. 4, Brainstorming Techniques: Drawing on Collective Genius; Oct. 11, Big Picture Thinking: Visioning through Goal-Centered Imaging; and Oct. 18, Facing Fear amp; Negativity, How to Overcome Creativity Killers.
