
Gateway Hosts Job Fair
Florence, Ky. (May 28, 2015) The Manufacturing and Logistics Job Fair organized by the Kentucky Career Center will take place at Gateway Community & Technical Colleges Center for Advanced Manufacturing, 500 Technology Way, Florence on June 4th from 12:00 p.m. 4:00 p.m.
Over 40 employers will be present to discuss over 1000 open positions in advanced manufacturing and logistics careers. Participating companies include Aristech Surfaces, ATech Training, Boone County Schools, BM2 Freight Services, Cengage Learning, Club Chef, Continental Building Products, Core Crew, Cummins Filtration, DHL E-Commerce, DHL Express, Duro Bag a Novolex Company, Elwood Staffing, Emerald Performance Materials, Graham Packaging, Greif Packaging LLC, Kroger, Legion Logistics, L'Oreal, Mazak, Messier-Bugatti-Dowty, Meyer Tool, Owens amp; Minor, Perfetti Van Melle, Regal Power Transmissions,
Schwan Foods, Skilcraft, Transfreight, Tyson Foods, UPS, UPS Supply Chain Solutions, Xerox and Zumbiel.

This is a great opportunity to meet employers in these high demand fields who are looking to immediately fill industrial machine operator, industrial maintenance worker, electrician, welder, engineering technician, supply chain management and logistics operator positions.
This event is open to the public. No pre-registration is required. Job seekers should bring copies of their resumes and dress appropriately for interviews. Gateway Community & Technical College representatives will also be available to discuss degree and training programs in advanced manufacturing and logistics at the college.
