LEAD
The Gateway Leadership Enrichment and Development (LEAD) program is designed as a personal and professional development experience where one may explore his/her potential for leadership in various college roles. The participants may be expected to do assigned readings before the sessions and to participate in teams/committees and/or projects after the program.
Faculty and staff members are encouraged to apply for the 10 month program, which begins every August and runs through May.
