The Gallery

The Gallery is an adaptable, creative space where you will find everything from art and photography exhibits to improv classes, hip hop dance, live music, or film screenings. This is a place where the amazing creativity and diversity of our community can be celebrated, and where people can find meaning and joy through self-expression.

In addition to work by students, faculty and alumni, The Gallery offers exhibition programming that features innovative work by local, national, and international artists working in a variety of media — including painting, drawing, ceramics, sculpture, crafts, photography, graphic arts, and video. These exhibitions showcase diverse materials, techniques and approaches to contemporary art making, and allow our community ready access to the technical mastery, experimentation, and reflective analysis found in professionally executed artworks. The Gallery's emphasis on relevant creative practices gives viewers the opportunity to examine many forms of contemporary visual culture.

The Gallery at Gateway Community & Technical College is located on the ground floor of the Technology, Innovation, and Enterprise (TIE) Building at 516 Madison Avenue, Covington, KY 41011. Exhibits are composed of work from local, national, and international artists. The gallery is wheelchair accessible, and is free & open to the public.
