Designing the Future of Sales Talent in Northern Kentucky
Gateway Community & Technical College is partnering with regional educators and employers to design a new Sales pathway that connects high school marketing programs, optional dual credit, and a proposed AAS in Business Administration – Sales Track. With nearly 1,900 NKY students in marketing pathways and strong sales aptitudes identified in YouScience, this effort aims to build an AI-resilient, high-demand talent pipeline in the wholesale and business-to-business sectors.
