Federal Work Study Positions Available at Gateway

The Federal Work-Study program provides funds to students with a financial need; funds are earned through part-time employment. Under the FWS program, you can earn money for your education by working part-time, on-campus, while you are enrolled in school at least half-time (6 hours) and have unmet need. You will also need to make sure you have a valid FAFSA on file for current Award Year.

Front Desk Assistant - Boone Campus
Library IT Assistant - Covington amp; Edgewood
Receptionist and General Office - Grant County
Registrar Student Assistant - Edgewood

How to Apply:
Apply for jobs on Job Seekers located on Gateway's website You do not have to create an account to search for available jobs. On the left hand of the screen, click search jobs. From there you can filter your search to only include federal work-study positions available at Gateway Community & Technical College. Also, check the box(s) for the campus you prefer. Finally, check the box labeled students. (You will be asked to create an account once you do decide to apply for a position.)

As of January 25, 2013, all jobs will pay 8.00 an hour.
