BankMobile

What is BankMobile?

KCTCS now offers you the option of receiving your financial aid and tuition refunds by direct deposit through the KCTCS Easy Refund Program. Of course you still have the option of having your refund sent to your bank account or of receiving a paper check. 

The KCTCS Easy Refund Program works with BankMobile, a higher education financial services and payment company, to distribute financial aid and tuition refunds to students. BankMobile will offer an optional FDIC insured Vibe checking account to each student with no minimum balance and no monthly fees.

What you need to do:

1. Get your Refund Selection Kit in the mail. It will contain your Personal Code.

2. Follow the instructions in the kit to tell us how you'd like to receive your refund. You'll have a choice to receive your money by an ACH transfer to your existing bank account, by paper check, or by activating the bank card and opening a bank account through BankMobile Vibe.

Note: You must activate your refund preference to receive timely distributions of refunds due you.
