Gateway Scholarships

Applications for the 2019-20 academic year are available now. Submission dates are:

High School – March 1
Non-High School – April 1

Must be a Northern Kentucky resident 
Must have a high school/college cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher 
Must be enrolled as a full-time (12 credit hrs.) student
Must have unmet financial need 

Must be a full time (12 credit hours) student. 
Must pursue a course of study in Electrical Engineering /Technology
Maintain a 2.5 cumulative grade point average 
Must have unmet need

Must be enrolled as a full-time (12 credit hours) student
Must maintain a GPA of 2.5 or higher 
Must reside in Boone, Bracken, Campbell, Carroll, Grant, Kenton, Owen or Pendleton counties 
Must demonstrate leadership skills, community involvement, unusual determination and/or special accomplishments 
Must communicate experience with difficulties related to limited resources
Must not be related to Sue or Bill Butler or current offices/trustees of the Butler Foundation 
Preference is given to students residing in the urban core

Must be enrolled in at least 6 credit hours sat Gateway in a program contributing to workforce development in a high-need area or with plans to transfer to a four year institution.
Must not be related to Sue or Bill Butler or current offices/trustees of the Butler Foundation 
Must demonstrate leadership skills, community involvement, unusual determination and/or special accomplishments
