Credential Completion/Graduation Application

At the end of each semester, students are able to apply for the credential(s) that they have earned. Gateway awards certificates, diplomas and associate degrees. The Credential/Graduation Application is completed by both students and their faculty advisor. This completed form is then submitted to the Gateway Student Records office located on the Edgewood Campus. You can also turn in your application to our Information Commons desk located on each campus.  

When awarded your earned certificate, diploma or degree is very valuable when seeking employment and building your resume. It demonstrates a skill set and a personal achievement you can be proud of.

Certificates and diplomas can be awarded while you continue with diploma or degree progress.

Credential Reprints

In order to have a credential reprinted, please complete the Credential Reprint Request Form. Your credential request will be part of the credential order for that semester and may take 8-10 weeks after the end of the semester for your credential(s) to be sent to you. Unless otherwise specified, your credential reprints will be mailed to the address we have for you in PeopleSoft.
