The Workforce Solutions Division helps businesses maintain their competitive edge by providing customized workforce training on-site or on campus. Training is affordable, accessible, inclusive and quality-driven. Workforce Solutions is the region’s premier provider of continuing education units and workforce training, serving 350 businesses and 4,000 students annually. The division administers more than one million dollars a year in Kentucky Workforce Investment Network (KY WINS) funding to assist Northern Kentucky companies with training to increase their global competitiveness.
The Workforce Solutions Division received the 2012 Exemplary Program Award for Credit Workforce Development by the National Council for Workforce Education and the 2014 Bellwether Award for Workforce Development from the Community College Futures Assembly and the University of Florida.
