Advising

At Gateway, we suggest you meet with your advisor during priority registration, every March and October, to review your program requirements. Regular meetings with your advisor help ensure the classes you take align with your educational and career goals. At Gateway Community and Technical College, we follow the Student Mentoring Through Advising, Retention, and Transitions (SMART) Plan. The SMART Plan is designed to help you begin your academic pursuits on the right foot.
