Organizational Structure

In keeping with the comprehensive standards of the Commission on Colleges of the Southern Association of Colleges and Schools, Gateway Community and Technical College has a clearly defined structure that delineates responsibility for the administration of policies. The college’s organizational structure is consistent with the policies of the Kentucky Community and Technical College System and college bylaws. Article VIII of the Bylaws of the Gateway Community and Technical College Board of Directors states that the Chief Executive Officer of the college has the authority and discretionary use and management of the budget and is responsible for all education and managerial affairs of the institution. In addition, the President of GCTC has full authority and responsibility for the administration of the academic, business, and fiscal operations of the college.
