Academic Bankruptcy Petition

I believe that I meet the following eligibility requirements for “Academic Bankruptcy” and hereby petition to have my cumulative grade point average (GPA) adjusted accordingly. 

To be eligible for Academic Bankruptcy, the below criteria must be met:

• I have been separated from the Kentucky Community and Technical College System (KCTCS) for at least 2 years (24 month period of continuous non-enrollment)
• I have successfully completed at least 12 credit hours in non-developmental/non-remedial courses with a grade point average of 2.0 or better after readmission to the Kentucky Community and Technical College System.
